“Be a Strater” is a project aiming to stimulate the Strata promoters and hostesses. We are trying to stimulate their fascination and their professional development at Strata. We believe we can find young and smart people and help them to find their own career path. For this reason we are providing five trainee positions with an international company, 10 scholarships of 600 leva and 30 attractive Strata gifts.
A requirement for participating in the Strata programme is a record of loyalty and activities with Strata for a full year. You can apply by sending a CV and a motivation letter with a topic “Why would I like to become a Strater?”. email: desi@strata.bg
All persons who have worked with any of the regional offices of Strata in Bulgaria in the last calendar year can apply for participation.

- Completed Promotions per month
- Adherence to the working schedule
- Relevant Target Reach depending on store/promo place and the product/service
- Delivery of carefully completed reports
